Deepak Hathiramani
Founder,
President and CEO
Deepak
Hathiramani is the founder, president & CEO of Vistronix,
and is currently responsible for corporate management and
strategic planning. Mr. Hathiramani has over 18 years of
management and technical experience with privately and
venture funded high-tech start-ups.
Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Hathiramani worked
with high-tech start-ups including Nx Networks (previously
known as Netrix Corporation), where he was part of the
technical team responsible for the design and development of
the first integrated wide-area network switch. Before
joining Nx Network, Mr. Hathiramani led the software
development team at Cinnabar Software, a high-tech start-up
specializing in providing a broad range of software test
systems and related services to software developers and
value-added resellers.
Mr. Hathiramani received a Bachelor of Arts,
Cum Laude in Computer Science from the University of Texas
at Austin and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in
Mathematics/Physics from the University of Bombay, India.
Mr. Hathiramani has also completed several ancillary
management courses including the Advanced Management
Business Executive Program and Management Business Executive
Program from the Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College and a
Diploma in Business Management and Industrial
Administration. Mr. Hathiramani is also a member of the “
Inc. Eagles”, a CEO Leadership Group program.
Mr. Hathiramani is currently serving a second
three-year term as a member of the Board of Directors of the
Northern Virginia Technology Council and is Chair of the
Business-to-Government Committee of the Council. Mr.
Hathiramani is also a member of the George Mason
University’s Information Technology & Engineering Advisory
Board.
Kevin
Wideman
Chief Operating Officer
Executive Vice President
As Chief
Operating Officer, Mr. Wideman directs all operational
activities to promote overall business growth. Mr. Wideman
brings more than 19 years of experience in strategic
planning, information technology, program management and
development, and systems engineering. Prior to joining
Vistronix, Mr. Wideman served as the Vice President of
Information Systems Engineering with General Dynamics
Network Systems where he managed the strategic planning,
operational and business development activities for all
business unit activities. Mr. Wideman also served as
Executive Vice President, Information Systems Engineering
with SIGNAL Corporation where he was responsible for
managing the operation and business development activities
for all GSA-related business, in addition to overseeing work
performed for other government and commercial clients. Mr.
Wideman holds a BSEE degree from Temple University.
Melinda Warren
Vice President of
Finance and Administration
Most recently, Ms. Warren
served as Controller for Vistronix, working closely with the
senior management team to establish long-term corporate
budgets and financial objectives. In that position, she also
developed and maintained Vistronix’s overall corporate
financial planning, set up and administered accounting and
financial policies and procedures, and worked closely with
the company’s external auditors. In her new position, she
will also be responsible for the Contracts Department. Ms.
Warren came to Vistronix from MCI/Worldcom, where she worked
as an analyst. She also has experience as a design manager
and contracts administrator. Ms. Warren earned her B.S. in
Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Bobby Barts
Vice President of Technical
Solutions
Mr. Barts has served for the
past seven years as Director of Technical Services, managing
a broad range of corporate and client IT initiatives while
defining the role of the Technical Services Department. In
his new position, he will also be responsible for program
management and delivery of Vistronix’s enterprise service
offerings. Before joining Vistronix, Mr. Barts was a Senior
Systems Engineer with Feld Entertainment, Inc., where he
managed a team of Help Desk and Network technicians and
assisted in the planning and implementation of the technical
architecture for the company. Mr. Barts holds a B.A. in
Business Management and Psychology from Lynchburg College
and a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from the
University of Phoenix.
Marilyn Morein
Vice President of Strategic
Initiatives
Ms. Morein joins Vistronix as
Vice-President of Strategic Initiatives and will be
primarily responsible for assisting with Executive
Management and Business Development activities in the
Washington, DC and surrounding areas. Marilyn comes to
Vistronix as a demonstrated leader with over 23 years of
experience successfully managing large programs for multiple
Federal Government agencies and Commercial entities. Ms.
Morein is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
expert in structured design methodologies, system
development life-cycle concepts and activities, database
administration functions, biometric technologies, earned
value management, risk assessment/management, and quality
assurance. She has managed multiple projects externally
assessed at SEI CMM Level 3 is certified in the Software
Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
through the University of Maryland.
