John Hassoun, President and CEO
John Hassoun, President and CEO, joined Vistronix in July 2012. Mr. Hassoun is responsible for overall Vistronix executive management and corporate strategy. He has more than 25 years of corporate experience in executive management, corporate strategy and business development, business operations and program management. Mr. Hassoun currently serves on the board of directors for international security company Aegis LLC. Mr. Hassoun’s contribution to the technology and education community also extends to Inspired Practices in Early Education, a not-for-profit organization, where he is a member of the Board, and to Wright State University, where he is a member of the College of Sciences and Mathematics advisory board. Prior to joining Vistronix, he served as co-CEO of ATS Corporation, CEO of Global Integrated Security, and CEO of Olive Group. Mr. Hassoun began his career as a program manager with the U.S. Air Force and holds a Master of Arts in Human Factors and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wright State University.
Fred Funk, President, Cyber & SIGINT Systems
Fred Funk is President, Cyber & SIGINT Systems. In this role, Mr. Funk is responsible for leading Vistronix’s strategy, operations and business development within the Intelligence Community (IC) with a focus on NSA. Prior to joining Vistronix, Mr. Funk was Senior Vice President of the National Security Group for Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS). From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Funk was Co-founder of KEYW Corporation, a public company focused on Cyberspace, Geospace and Counterterrorism in the IC. During his tenure at KEYW, the company completed 18 acquisitions in less than five years. Before KEYW, Mr. Funk was Vice President of Corporate Development with Essex Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland.
David J. Lee, President, Intelligence & Digital Data
David J. Lee is President, Intelligence & Digital Data. Mr. Lee supports Vistronix’s strategic vision, inter-company integration, and advanced technology programs as the company delivers analytic solutions across intelligence and law enforcement agencies in Northern Virginia and the Washington Metropolitan Area. Prior to joining Vistronix, Mr. Lee was Vice President, Strategy & Operations with Noblis NSP. Before Noblis, he was Chief Operating Officer with National Security Partners (NSP). In 2005, Mr. Lee founded LMN Solutions, a firm specializing in mission-essential software engineering and data analytics. Mr. Lee served as the Chief Executive Officer through 2012. He holds a Bachelors in Finance degree from James Madison University, a Master of Science degree in Information Systems/Telecommunications from The Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Management & Leadership.
Christopher Yonclas, President, ISR & NetCentric Systems and Chief Technology Officer
Christopher Yonclas is President, ISR & NetCentric Systems and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Yonclas is responsible for operational and technical activities within the ISR domain. In addition, as CTO he leads the Vistronix Technology Council to integrate the company’s technical capabilities for the delivery of bundled systems and solutions. His extensive background includes more than 25 years providing technical vision and solutions supporting the Army’s digital transformation of Tactical, Joint and Coalition operations. Prior to Vistronix, Mr. Yonclas was the President of NetCentric Systems, a software developer and systems architecture firm serving the DoD ISR community. Prior to joining NetCentric, Mr. Yonclas held several technical positions at the MITRE Corporation, leading C2 integration activities within and between the Mission Command and Intelligence war-fighting functional areas. Many of the solutions Mr. Yonclas developed are still operating today. Mr. Yonclas holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Rutgers University.
Kevin Wideman, President, Mission IT Solutions
As President of Mission IT Solutions, Kevin Wideman directs operations and business development with a primary focus on Enterprise-Level Data Analytics for Federal Civilian Agencies and DoD Enterprise requirements. His extensive background includes more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, information technology, program management and development, and systems engineering. Prior to joining Vistronix, Mr. Wideman served as Vice President of Information Systems Engineering with General Dynamics Network Systems where he managed strategic planning, and operational and business development activities for all business unit activities. He also served as Executive Vice President of Information Systems Engineering with SIGNAL Corporation and was responsible for managing the operation and business development activities for all GSA-related business, as well as oversaw work performed for other government and commercial clients. Mr. Wideman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Temple University.
Elizabeth “Liz” Alston, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Liz Alston, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has been a member of the Vistronix team since 1997. Joining Vistronix during its early growth years, Ms. Alston has played a key role in the establishment of Human Resources policies and procedures for the organization. As Senior Vice President, she provides full oversight and management of the organization’s HR function including benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and recruitment. Ms. Alston received a Human Resource Professional Excellence Award from the HR Leadership Awards of Greater Washington in 2006 in the Small Commercial Business category. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice from American University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University.
Bobby Barts, Senior Vice President, Technical Services
Bobby Barts, Senior Vice President, Technical Services, joined Vistronix in April of 2000. His has more than 20 years of corporate experience in program management, business operations, corporate IT and Facility management strategy with extensive technical support and systems architecture experience. Mr. Barts directs a broad range of corporate and client IT initiatives while participating in planning and implementation of information-security solutions in direct support of business objectives. His experience extends to the establishment, planning, and administration of the overall policies, procedures and goals for the Information Technology and Facilities departments. Prior to joining Vistronix he served as the Service Desk Manager for Feld Entertainment providing technical support for over 3000 employees worldwide. Mr. Barts has Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Psychology from Lynchburg College as well as a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
