The CIO-SP3 Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Any federal civilian or DoD agency may use this contract to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements as diverse as Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, and Health IT. The CIO-SP3 contract is managed by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).
GSA Alliant (GWAC)
The GSA Alliant Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (Alliant GWAC) is a Task Order-driven Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract to provide a wide variety of information technology solutions and services. With a $50 billion program ceiling and a ten-year period of performance, Alliant allows for long-term planning of large-scale IT program requirements.
Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e)
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract vehicle utilizes a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence, and reduce cycle time. The ordering community of SeaPort-e has expanded to include all Virtual Systems Command (SYSCOM) activities. Other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have also chosen to use SeaPort-e.

The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule and grants agencies direct access to experts in commercial IT hardware, software and services for the government IT community.
